To unlock all the houses in the Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, you can purchase each one separately or by clicking the following buttons in this order: “R1,” “R2,” “L1,” “X,” “Left,” “Down,” “Right,” “Up,” “Left,” “Down,” “Right,” and “Up”. A confirmation message will appear on the screen.

There isn't a code to unlock all the houses at once, but there is a money code that gives you enough to buy them all as soon as they become available.
How to unlock the houses:
There are 29 houses in total to unlock. They are represented on your map as green house icons.
- After entering the money code or completing a mission while playing to earn cash;
- Mark a house that hasn't been purchased yet on the map and go there;
- Look for the green house icon outside;
- Walk over to the icon and look at the price listed on it;
- Press “L1” to pay the amount shown and unlock the property.
