Command Blocks

According to a recent article on the American website CNET, the Pocket Edition will soon be getting the more powerful Redstone component. This is great news for all the talented MapMakers, who will be able to create truly interactive content.
Tommaso was kind enough to confirm this on Twitter, and also confirmed texture packs and plugins.
“Apparently, it’s now available—we’re working on commands, resource packs, and plugins for Pocket and Windows 10 https://t.co/5dEHMNH2le “ Tommaso Checchi (@_tomcc)
Textures (Texture Packs)
Tomasso also confirmed texture packs, which allow us to customize the look and sound of our games without third-party tools, such as BlockLauncher.
Pistons
Daniel Wustenhoff (@darngeek) posted this GIF below showing the Pistons in action. One of the most important Redstone blocks is coming in 0.15.0.

Lamb
Jason Major (@argo_major) posted on Twitter another use for sheep besides wool: meat. This is obtained by killing sheep, and when cooked, it can restore 3 icons on the hunger bar.
Mobs that talk?
Tomasso suggested on Twitter that it would be interesting to have some mobs speak and engage in conversations. If this is true, it's unclear whether it will actually be added, so we'll see if it remains just an idea.
New Biomes
Tommaso also asked on Twitter if players want a new world generator with new biomes. Although this would require creating a new world, most of the responses supported this idea.
“How much would you hate it if we created a new world generator with new biomes, but you had to create a new world to get it?”
But most importantly, Realms!

Back in version 0.7.1, there was a surprising feature called Realms, which allowed some players to run an officially supported Minecraft server. This was just a beta and was removed in 0.8.0. Finally, they may be making a comeback in 0.15.0. Click here to read more news confirmed by the developers!
