The development team revealed that future updates will change the game's core mechanics to provide players with clearer information. This will allow users to better handle challenges and make better decisions as they develop their cities.

Efforts will also be made to make it easier to understand how specialized industries work, as well as to clarify which items are being imported or exported. Colossal Order is working to fix issues with the information tab, which currently may not accurately display the city’s financial data.
The developer has committed to providing additional details on how the game calculates the value of the land required for new constructions and projects, in line with improvements to the game's demand mechanism.
“Our goal with these changes is to make the systems more intuitive, so that, for example, it will be easier to understand the causes of high rents and how to influence them,” said the development team.
