The correct way to unlock everything in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, without losing your in-game achievements and without using cheats (such as weapons, cars, areas, etc.) is to play the game normally by completing missions and progressing through the story.
Using some cheats, it is possible to have some things unlocked earlier, such as weapons, planes, and cars. We will teach two ways to have the game unlocked without completing the missions.
Using code to unlock everything in GTA San Andreas
By using the codes we will teach below, the game will have everything unlocked, however, it will not show the icons for stores, houses, and some other resources on the map. See the codes in the link below:

- Start a new game;
- CJ will appear at the airport scene, do not skip any cutscene;
- In the scene where the police vehicle passes over the rail, enter the Jetpack code (on PC it's YECGAAand on PlayStation it's Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right);
- Wait for the scene where CJ is thrown out of the car, enter the Jetpack code again;
- CJ will die and that indicates you have unlocked everything in the game when he respawns.
To reach other cities, you will have to enter the never wanted code, otherwise the police will be alerted (on PC AEZAKMIand on PS Circle, Right, Circle, Right, Left, Square, Triangle, Up).
Unlock using a 100% Savegame
Another way is to download a save of the complete game with everything unlocked. In it all missions will already be completed and consequently all areas will be unlocked without the need to use codes and cheats. The save can be downloaded from the link below:

After downloading the file above from save, it will be in rarformat, extract it using a file manager (download here if you don't have one), before installing it in the game.
Copy the file GTASAsf1.b and paste it into the GTA San Andreas User Files folder located in My Documents, on your computer, as shown in the image below.
