According to the Rockstar has been rolling out updates and support for the latest versions of the Xbox One and Series consoles, PlayStation 4 and 5, and the PC version of Grand Theft Auto Online, the developer decided to shut down the online servers for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. This also includes the tracking of website statistics through the Rockstar Games Social Club, effective December 16, 2021.

In addition, Shark Cash will no longer be sold for these console versions after September 15, 2021. Please note that this decision affects only the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of GTA Online and will not impact access to or progress in the game’s Story Mode.
