The game will feature two main characters, Lucia and Jason. According to leaks and rumors, this duo will be a couple of ex-convicts trying to build a life in Vice City.
In addition, we can expect the return of the gangs and Weazel News. The song featured in the trailer is “Love Is a Long Road” by Tom Petty.
Release date and platforms for GTA VI
The last part of the video confirms that GTA VI won't be released until 2025. There's no mention of the launch platforms, leaving it unclear whether the game will initially launch on consoles, as was the case with GTA V, or if there will be a PC version available on launch day.
Platform updates:
A few hours after the release of the official trailer, Tom Warren (senior editor at The Verge) on his profile on the X, reported that “Rockstar Games confirms that GTA 6 will be released on the PS5 e Xbox Series S/X in 2025, but no mention of a release date for PC“.
In other words, the launch is not scheduled for PS4 e Xbox One. PC players may have to wait a little longer before they can enjoy the game, in line with Rockstar Games' usual practice.
