To update, your watch must be connected to your iPhone via Bluetooth and be near it. It must be connected to a charger, have at least 50% of battery charge remaining, and be connected to a Wi-Fi network.

How to update using an iPhone:
- In the app Watch from your iPhone, go to My Watch> General.
- Next, in Software Update.
- Please wait while the new update downloads.
- You may need to enter the passcode for your iPhone or Apple Watch.
- A progress bar will appear on the screen. After the download is complete, click Install.
The update will be installed automatically. In a few minutes, the watch will restart to complete the installation. Please wait until the device restarts.
Update directly from your Apple Watch:
Starting with watchOS 6, installations can be performed without the help of an iPhone.
- Connect your Apple Watch to a Wi-Fi network. On your Apple Watch, go to Adjustments> General> Software Update
- Tap Installand follow the on-screen instructions.
