How to Update the Software on the Nokia X, X+, and XL

O Nokia X It should be updated wirelessly via OTA (Over the Air). No wires or computer needed—just download and install the update using your phone. 1. Your phone will display a notification when an update is available. You can also check for updates by going to Settings > About Phone > System Updates and tapping on Check now.
2. To view and install updates, tap the notification message, then click Update and follow the instructions displayed on your phone. You can install the update right away or postpone it until a more convenient time.
3. The update takes about 15 to 30 minutes, and you cannot use your phone while the update is being installed. You may need to restart your phone to complete the installation.
